Revenue Rhino Team Subscription Terms & Conditions
Definitions
This agreement shall be between Revenue Rhino LLC ("Revenue Rhino") and the company completing this agreement ("Client").
Worker ("Worker") is shall be the person(s) provided by Revenue Rhino to the Client to Interact with Client and work on tasks.
Term
Plans are monthly agreements at advertised or contracted rates, which begin the day of kickoff. The commitment is a month-to-month agreement.
The first charge occurs on or after the date of kickoff of the paid engagement. Subsequent charges occur on or near this date each month.
Satisfaction/Check-In
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact your customer success manager. We will attempt to resolve any issues you are experiencing.
Time Zone
Your worker shall work and be available in your desired US time zone
Weekly Hours
Amount of hours available will be based on plan selected. Unused hours do not carry over to the next week.
Time Off & Holidays
Worker shall be able to take off the following major US holidays: New Year's Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
Non-Payment
If a credit card or form of payment is declined, Client has 48 hours to resolve the issue. If the issue is not resolved within that time frame, Revenue Rhino has the right to terminate or pause service until payment occurs.
Pricing
Subscription Rates subject to change with a 30 day notice given to client.
Circumvention
Client agrees to not enter into any agreement directly with any provided workers or attempt to make payment directly to provided workers.
Non-Solicitation
I agree that during my membership and for a period of (24) months immediately following the termination of my relationship with Revenue Rhino for any reason, whether voluntary or involuntary, with or without cause, I shall not directly or indirectly solicit any worker who is assigned to me at that time or who was assigned to me within the six months preceding termination of my relationship with Revenue Rhino to leave his or her employment with Revenue Rhino and to work for me in any engagement directly or indirectly.
I shall also not directly or indirectly solicit any Revenue Rhino assistant referral, friend, family, or acquaintance. Should any solicitation by me become a substantial factor resulting in a Revenue Rhino assistant leaving Revenue Rhino and accepting an engagement with me directly or indirectly without Revenue Rhino’s consent, I agree to pay Revenue Rhino as liquidated damages calculated to compensate Revenue Rhino for its lost investments and not as a penalty of any kind, a one-time fee equivalent to two years of my monthly Revenue Rhino subscription in effect at the most recent date that the Revenue Rhino assistant had been assigned to me by Revenue Rhino.
Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate the service of a client at any time — for any reason. Should this occur, we will give you a prorated refund at the standard monthly rate for any period for which you have already paid.
That means that rarely and under great duress, we may end our relationship with a client for any number of reasons, including but not limited to the following:
If the client is abusive to his/her account manager or any other worker
If the client requests illegal tasks or tasks deemed unethical of their worker
If you would like to terminate service, we require 30 days notice.
Work Product/IP
If a Revenue Rhino creates anything original for you, such as research projects, reports, templates, spreadsheets, forms, etc. (“Work Product”), Revenue Rhino grants to you a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-transferable license to use the Work Product for your own personal and commercial purposes.
To avoid doubt, you retain sole ownership of your confidential information and your intellectual property and, to the extent your confidential information or intellectual property is incorporated into the Work Product, it will be removed prior to any use or disclosure by Revenue Rhino to a third party.
